Price is a number. Location is a story of access, infrastructure, demand, and time. Start with the story.

A price can be compared in a minute. A location cannot. Roads, work hubs, water, schools, and the pace of surrounding development change what a number means.

Before asking whether something is cheap, ask whether the place will still make sense for the kind of life or yield you expect. Cheap in a weakening pocket is not a bargain. Patient capital in a strengthening one is not always expensive.

Walk the edges. Notice what is finished, what is promised, and who is actually using the street. Title, water, and access belong in the same conversation as “potential”.

This is educational thinking, not a recommendation to buy or sell any property. Local due diligence, legal title, and professional advice remain essential.
